Use of the software
A completed purchase grants the purchaser the license described with that product at the time of sale. The software and website may not be resold, redistributed, reverse engineered where prohibited, or used to violate another person’s rights.
Your records and backups
Users are responsible for the information they enter and for keeping current backups. Preview software may change, and a backup should be created before installing an update or moving data.

PetPalmanac is an organization and recordkeeping tool. It is not a veterinarian, diagnostic service, emergency service, insurer, or substitute for professional care. Contact a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions and an emergency provider for urgent care.
Purchases
Prices and included downloads are shown before payment. PayPal processes the transaction. Access may be suspended for reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or fully refunded transactions.
Availability
The website and software are provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Reasonable efforts may be made to correct problems, but preview features and future plans can change.
Applicable rights
Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where these terms conflict with mandatory law, that law controls.
